You Are Not Alone.

YANA connects moms, dads, and families with the peer support they need — one-on-one with a Support Mom who's been there, or in a Support Group with others walking the same road.

Free · Confidential · Peer-to-Peer

A group of moms sitting together outdoors, laughing and talking, one holding a baby.

Changing the world. One family at a time.

What is a Support Mom?

A Support Mom is a volunteer who's walked a similar road — pregnancy after loss, NICU days, single parenting, recovery, raising teens, and more — and shows up one-on-one to listen, share, and remind you that you're not alone.

Support Groups

YANA Support Groups bring people together around lived experiences — infertility, recovery, single moms, teen moms, moms of teenagers, dads & partners, and more — virtually and in person.  Browse our YANA Support Groups and find your village today.

Join a Support Group

Filter by topic, format (virtual or in-person), and frequency.

  2. 2

Share a little about yourself with the facilitator.

  3. 3

    Show up

Join the next meet-up and find your circle of mamas.
